The results of the feasibility study of CLSM made from tap water purification sludge and electric arc furnace bismuth oxide

On December 27 of 2018, research team led by Professor Ta-Wui Cheng host the conference on the evaluation of the feasibility and compilation of manual for making CLSM from water treatment sludge and electrical arc furnace ash. The conference updated the current status of the domestic developments and applications of inorganic composites materials, results of making CLSM from water treatment sludge and oxidized dust,

More than forty scholars and experts from industry, government and academia attended this conference, including the ten comrades led by Chen-Jong Wu, vice president of Taiwan Water Corporation, Chang-Ching Ho, chairman of Katec R&D Corporation, Yu-Kang Ling, president of Hao Sheng Industry, and Professor Yu-Chi Sung, Dean of the College of Engineering of NTUT.

During this conference, the research team of Professor Ta-Wui Cheng vividly presented related research results and techniques, followed by comments and experience sharing among the attending personnel. We hope this sharing and discussion can effectively help to establish a suitable demonstration model for the recycling of CLSM from water treatment sludge.
