1. Deadlines for Fall-Winter 2021 graduation procedure:
Deadline for uploading the electronic thesis: February 10 (Thu.), 2022
Deadline for finishing all the graduation procedures: February 18 (Fri.), 2022
※ It takes 1-2 working days for the library reviewing the electronic thesis. Any urgent request is not allowed. Please upload your full-text as soon as possible to avoid any delays.
2. To complete the graduation procedure, you should:
Sign the "Originality Comparison Checklist" and get a library Turnitin review for your originality report. (Click here to apply for the library Turnitin review.)
Upload your electronic thesis and pass the validation. (Go to ETD System to upload the full-text.)
Submit the following items to the library: 1 copy of the paperback thesis, 2 copies of the Authorization Agreements and 1 copy of Thesis Validation *Approval* Email.
If you need to delay the open access date for your paper copies, submit 2 copies of "Application Form of Embargo on Release of Thesis/Dissertation" (one for NTUT and one for NCL) along with the paper copy and attach with any evidence materials to show the reason for embargo.
(Only those whose thesis content is involving confidential information, patent registration or any legitimate reasons can apply for delaying the open access date for paper copies.)
